Upon my visit, I participated in a variety of thorough testing and analysis following, so that all of my questions and concerns were address on this appointment. In addition, I 'test drove', what is to be the most appropriate electronics that would remedy and enhance my hearing ability going forward. I felt very comfortable in these surroundings as we discussed my plan to improve the 'quality of life' factor, as my goal. Chloe, not to be overlooked, was quite instrumental in my testing and probe experience. I found her to be understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate in terms of all clarity and reported results. I thank both associates for their personal involvement, and suggestions as I absorb all factors to be considered.
